2) You will access 24/7 to your own online Portal. You can view dozens of different statements and get a complete history of the property.

3) Should your property become vacant, it will receive extensive marketing. The home will have maximum exposure to prospective tenants. The goal is to put a great tenant in the property as quickly as possible. Best of all the marketing will cost you nothing, that right it is free. Almost every other property manager out there will charge you for all of the marketing expenses. Also there are no Management fees charged to you on a vacant property. Again most companies will charge you a vacancy fee. If you are not making money, nor should we.

4) Prospective tenants are thoroughly screened. Some of things that are examined include: Credit History, Eviction History, Social Security check, Fraud checks, Criminal History, Rental History and Income verification. The last thing you need is a tenant who does not pay rent or who does not take care of the home. Every effort is taken to ensure that the Tenant is a good fit for the property.

5) We offer the tenants the ability to make their payments online through their personal portal. History has shown us that offering this service leads to more on time payments.

6) Tenants will make any repair requests online. This ensures that the repair requests and follow up repairs are all documented. This prevents the Tenant from later claiming that a maintenance problem is the reason for them breaking the lease. Any repairs that are needed that are Tenant caused will be billed back to the Tenant.

7) Your funds will be directly deposited into your account. This puts the money into your account 3-5 days sooner by not waiting for the mail and for a check to clear.

He has many years of experience and has sold hundreds and hundreds of homes. He can help you set up the Lease Option or a strait sell. There are many different programs available.
